Common Faults
If an exception occurs during the running of the smart cooling product, locate the
fault immediately. You can continue to use the smart cooling product only after
you rectify the fault. Do not use the smart cooling product if the fault is not
rectified to prevent unpredictable losses.
Before performing any operation on the smart cooling product, disconnect the
power supply.

Issue 03 (2021-04-20)
Replace the air filter.
Perform routine check on all electrical components and safety devices.
Periodically check valves that control the flow of media.
Check whether the grounding devices of the electric devices are complete and
functional.
Check the performance of safety protection devices such as air circuit breakers
and AC contactors to ensure their safety and reliability.
Apply lubricants to all locking fixtures for lubrication.
Repair the damaged parts to avoid corrosion.
Check the air tightness and connection.

Possible Cause
The connection nut is loose
due to long-distance
transportation.
The smart cooling product is
deformed after being
improperly transported or
installed.
● The water pan leaks.
● The drainpipe leaks or is
blocked.
The base is not properly
installed.

10 Troubleshooting
Solution
Tighten the screws.
Adjust the installation
position of the smart cooling
product.
● Repair or replace the
water pan.
● Replace the drainpipe.
Level the base.
