Chapter 11 Troubleshooting
If an EPO alert, shown on the UPS LCD panel as
clear the EPO alert from the LCD before the load will be available to start. Once the EPO alert
has been cleared the UPS is in standby and needs to be powered up via the UPS power on
button X.
If re-installing the UPS power module adjacent to the EBMs does not cure the issue, then the
power module has to be replaced. This replacement is not covered by the base UPS warranty
or any service contract taken out.
