TN-C system
The term TN-C comes from the French Terre Neutre Combiné meaning earth neutral combined.
The earthing system shown in

distribution networks rather than IT environments as else this will inevitably lead to problems.
Commonly utility power companies provide the power with 4-poles (L1, L2, L3, PEN). The
separation of the N and PE conductors is not implemented in these earthing systems. The
separation is usually done in close proximity to a Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB).
