Chapter 11 Troubleshooting
Emergency Off error displayed on LCD
Issue
After installing and powering up the UPS unit the "Emergency Off" error is displayed on the
LCD panel.
Solutions
Power off the UPS
First check that the green "Remote Power Off" (RPO) connector on the UPS back side is not
damaged. Use a screw driver in order to reseat the small black wire.
