4.6.3 Setting Up the LightPixAE20 in CONFIGURATION Mode
In CONFIGURATION mode, you can set up the main, operation and finder units and
also set and save the inspection/communication conditions as shown below. Refer to
section 4.7 " Detailed Functions in CONFIGURATION Mode" for details of each
function.
The number in < > in the table below represents the button number of the operation
unit (see the figure on the right).
