1) Removal of exposure lamp

(1)Enter the service mode.
(2)Perform F8-00
(3)Remove top right cover. (2 screws)

(4)Remove two screws on the original guide
plate.
Note: When the conductive platen glass
is installed, the grounding plate
screw must also be removed.
(5)Remove platen glass with original guide
plate.
(1)Remove lamp stoppers (front/rear)
Note: A small flat blade screwdriver must be
used to remove the lamp holder spring
plates.
(1)Open the inverter case (2 screws).
(2)Disconnect the exposure lamp connector.
(3)Remove the exposure lamp connector
bracket (1 screw).
(4)Remove the exposure lamp bracket.
(5)Remove the exposure lamp.
