1) Perform procedures 1 and 2.
2) Remove the developer unit and remove
the mixer lid.
3) Dump the developer out of the unit.
Note: Before vacuuming the developer unit
remove the TDC sensor.
4) Vacuum any remaining developer on the
magroller and inside of the developer unit.
5) Remove the developer unit duct cover and
clean inside.
6) Pour in the new developer.
Note: Reinstall TDC sensor before installing
new developer.
Shake the developer bottle and pour it
into the developer unit evenly.
Adjustment after replacing developer
a. Enter the service mode.
b. Select and run F8-09.
c. Write the contents of F6-21
memory sheet.
d. Exit the service mode.
(1)Perform procedures 1 and 2 then remove
the developer unit.
(2)Remove 2 screws on the toner dispersion
plate.
(3)Remove the toner dispersion plate.
(4)Remove the magnetic roller stoppers
(front/rear) .
