Shipping material/Procedure
(1) Remove the Zip drive disk cover.
(2 screws)
(1) Install the support bracket to both
the Zip drive unit and the copier.
(3 screws)
(1) Connect the IDE signal harness
to IDE connector CN7 on the sys-
tem control PCB.
(2) Connect the IDE signal harness
to Zip drive.
(3) Connect the ground wire to the
support bracket.

(4) Connect the power supply har-
ness from the copier (located rear
side top left) to the Zip drive.
(5) Install the cable cover. (2 screws)
(1) Reinstall the Zip drive cover.
(2) Install the support bracket cover.
(2 screws)
(3) Reinstall the top right cover.
