Auto-completion feature
Possible commands for the entry you typed will be displayed by pressing
[Tab] key while typing a command. If only one matches, the entire command
is displayed.
example1 : Multiple commands match
When you press [Tab] key after typing "set mgm", all the commands
starting with "set mgm" are displayed and "set mgmt-module" appears at
the next prompt.
Type further characters to complete your command.
$ set mgm[Tab]
Following three commands are displayed and the characters common to the three
appear at the next prompt.
set mgmt-module led
set mgmt-module mgmt-lan
set mgmt-module serial-port
$ set mgmt-module
Type further characters and complete your command.
example2 : One commands match
When you press [Tab] key after typing "set mgmt-module m", only one
command matches and "set mgmt-module mgmt-lan" appears at the next
prompt.
$ set mgmt-module m[Tab]
Following command appears at the next prompt.
$ set mgmt-module mgmt-lan
Tip:
•
If no command matches, the command line remains the same.
•
Auto-completion works only on command name, and doesn't on
parameter.
History function
This function can display the last 16 command lines. You can either edit or
execute those commands.
[↑] key
Displays a previous command line.
[↓] key
Displays a next command line.
