Step 4 Remove the screws securing the StroBell and base to separate the StroBell and its faulty base.
Step 5 Install the new StroBell base in the same way, connect the cables, and install the cover.
Step 6 Switch on the input circuit breaker of the extinguishant control panel and connect the battery
cables to power on the panel.
Step 7 Check whether the StroBell is working properly.

Follow-up Procedure
Dispose of the removed StroBell that is confirmed faulty.

5.5.5 Replacing a Buzzer (CE)

Prerequisites
A spare buzzer of the same model is available and functional.
Impact on the System
The fire extinguishing system stops working during the replacement.
Issue 04 (2018-01-05)
Disconnect the wiring terminals from the electric control head on the fire cylinder.
After the wiring terminals are disconnected from the electric control head, the extinguishant control
panel generates an alarm, which is normal.
Press the manual gas release button on the extinguishant control panel.
That the StroBell is triggered indicates that the StroBell works properly.
Reset the manual gas release button.
Flip the key to Enable Control rightward. Reset the extinguishant control panel by
pressing Reset on it. Then, reset the key to Enable Control leftward.
