Troubleshooting
Replace the door status sensor If no
alarm is generated.
If the power indicator is off, the
power supply to the controller is
abnormal. Immediately switch off
the power input circuit breaker for
the access controller in the PDC to
prevent damaging the controller
chip. Replace the access controller.
If the running status indicator is off,
troubleshoot by following
instructions in documents delivered
with the access controller.
If the lock status indicator is off, the
electronic lock may be faulty.
Replace the electronic lock.
