Procedure

Step 1 (Optional) Use the ESD floor suction plate to open the aisle floor where a humidifier water

refill pipe needs to be replaced.

Step 2 Close the control valve of the humidifier water refill pipe that leaks, and remove the thermal

insulation foam.

Step 3 Remove the water inside the pre-fab. module using a sucker and vessel.

Step 4 Remove the leaking water refill pipe, and drain the residual water in the pipe to the vessel.

Step 5 Install a new water refill pipe.

Check that the safety clamp is secured and that the water pipe does not leak.

Step 6 Open the control valve of the water refill pipe, wait until the new pipe is working properly,

and wrap the new pipe with a thermal insulation layer.

Step 7 (Optional) Reinstall the aisle floor.

Follow-up Procedure

Dispose of the removed humidifier water refill pipe that is confirmed faulty.
