3 Maintenance
Troubleshooting
If an air filter is damaged or
misshapen, replace air filters for a
20 kW air-cooled precision air
conditioner.
If a compressor fan screw is loose,
tighten the screw.
If a compressor service valve is
covered by oil stains, clean the oil
stains.
If the compressor generates
abnormal noise, replace the
compressor by following
instructions in NetCol5000-A 20 kW
Air-Cooled In-Row Precision Air
Conditioner User Manual.
If an evaporator is covered by
foreign matter, clean the foreign
matter.
In the case of pipe leakage, pipe
corrosion, or thermal insulation
foam damage, repair the leakage
and corrosion, and rewrap the
thermal insulation foam.
