Compatibility
In order to remain compatible with older software versions, you can still program the REPOS
approach mode via the modal G commands RMI, RMB, RME and RMN. You must make
sure to program the ASUB with SAVE attribute in the PROC statement. Otherwise the modal
REPOS approach mode, if it differs from the RMI default, would also influence following
repositioning procedures unintentionally.
Example: Approach along a straight line, REPOSA, REPOSL
The tool approaches the repositioning point along a straight line.
All axes are automatically traversed with command REPOSA. With REPOSL you can specify
which axes are to be moved.
Example:
REPOSL RMIBL DISPR=6 F400
or
REPOSA RMIBL DISPR=6 F400
