7 System Operation and Maintenance
Possible Causes
1. The refrigerant
leaks.
2. Cables to the
discharge
temperature switch
are loose or
damaged.
3. The ambient temp
is high.
4. The discharge
temperature switch
is faulty.
5. Outdoor fans are
faulty.
6. The condenser fins
are blocked.
Solutions
1. Check for any
leakages. Fill
refrigerant
after
maintenance
or
replacement.
2. Clean the
condenser
fins.
3. Check the
ambient
temperature.
4. Check cables
to the
discharge
temperature
switch.
5. Maintain or
replace the
discharge
temperature
switch.
6. Maintain or
replace the
outdoor units.
