4.3.2 Commissioning Procedure

Procedure
Step 1 Turn off the circuit breakers except the transformer circuit breaker, then turn on
the general circuit breaker. Ensure that the line voltages of the main power supply
are within the range of (380 to 415) V ± 10%, and the output voltage of the
transfer is within the range of 24 V ± 10%.
Step 2 Switch on the indoor fan circuit breaker and start the NetCol8000-A, and then
enter Maint > Diagnostic Mode > Enter as shown in

Step 3 Switch on the infrared humidifier circuit breaker and enter Maint > Diagnostic
Mode > Enter as shown in

Before the commissioning, switch on the general circuit breaker, transformer
circuit breaker, and electric heater circuit breaker to preheat the crankcase
heater for more than 12 hours.
If alarms generate during the procedure, see
with them.
Users are classified into Admin, Engineer, Operator, and Guest. The Admin
user has the highest permission, followed by the Engineer, Operator and
Guest users. The preset passwords for the Admin, Engineer, and Operator are
all 000001. Enter the "Diagnostic Mode" in Admin or Engineer. For system
security purposes, please change the preset password after first login. For

After each component is commissioned, turn off the component on the
controller.

Start the indoor fan. After the fan runs for one minute, turn off the fan, open
the cover, and observe from the top to check whether the fan rotes clockwise.
Then close the cover.
Set the fan to high speed, wait until the fan works properly, and check
whether the fan current of each phase is in the range of 3.8 A to 4.5 A. Then
quit the Diagnostic Mode.
Open only the water supply solenoid valve on the Diagnostic Mode screen.
After water flows into the water pan, open the cover and check whether the
water inlet and outlet pipes work properly without leakage or block. Check
whether the high water level detection switch can be normally triggered.
Close the infrared humidifier in the diagnostic mode and quit the Diagnostic
Mode.
NO TE
When checking the high water level switch, lift the high water level float manually,
and check whether a high water level alarm is generated for the humidifier water pan.
If an alarm is generated the high water level detection switch works properly.
