Symptom
The compressor
exhaust
temperature is too
high.
The compressor
exhaust
temperature is too
low.
The compressor
suction pressure is
too low or liquid
returns.
Issue 12 (2020-10-28)
Possible Cause
The low pressure switch
reacts.
The exhaust temperature
switch reacts.
Circuit breakers, fuses, or
cables are disconnected.
An indoor fan does not
work at a high speed.
A compressor motor is
damaged.
A compressor does not
need to start.
The outdoor unit is not
properly installed. The
outdoor units must not be
exposed to direct sunshine,
and must be installed at
distances required by the
installation manual.
Check whether the air
exhaust pressure is too
high.
Heat dissipation is poor
because the condenser is
dirty or blocked.
The outdoor fan fails.
Check whether the
refrigerant amount is
properly (the low pressure
is too low).
Refrigerant is leaking.
Refrigerant is insufficient.
The indoor temperature is
set too low.

7 System Operation and Maintenance
Reference Solution
Check the low pressure
switch status.
Check the exhaust
temperature switch status.
Check the main circuit
breaker, compressor circuit
breakers, fuses, and cables.
Check whether the indoor
fan works at a high speed.
Replace the compressor.
Check for any startup
requirement on the LCD.
Properly install the outdoor
units. Do not expose them
to direct sunshine, and
verify that the distances
meet requirements in the
installation manual.
If the air exhaust pressure
is too high, re-inject
refrigerant to expel free air
from the cooling loop.
Clean the condenser fins.
Check whether the outdoor
fan works properly.
Verify that the amount of
refrigerant is proper.
Check the pipeline for any
leakage.
Add more refrigerant.
Increase the temperature
setting.
