Enter Settings > System Settings > T/H Sensor, and change the preset
humidity to a value that is 10% above the humidity of the shelter. Start the
infrared humidifier and measure its phase currents. The normal phase current
for a NetCol8000-A050 unit is 7.5 A to 9.0 A, and that for a NetCol8000-A100
unit is 12.0 A to 13.5 A.
Restore the preset value after the test.
Increase the temperature setting to 5ºC above the equipment room
temperature on the temperature control screen, start the electric heater, and
check whether the running current of each phase is in the range of 8.0 A to
9.1 A.
The electrical heater shuts down properly when you set the preset
temperature to a value that is 5°C below the temperature in the shelter.
Check the condensing temperature, supercooling degree, and refrigerant state
(viewing from the sight glass). Adjust the supercooling degree to 4°C to 6°C
by filling in or draining refrigerant (when the ambient temperature is high,
the supercooling degree is close to 4°C. When the ambient temperature is low,
the supercooling degree is close to 6°C). No bubble should exist in refrigerant.
NO TICE
Supplement refrigerant charging only from the low pressure needle valve. For
the position of the injection port, see
in
Refrigerant.
Add the refrigerant from the low pressure needle valve (1 in
the refrigerating system in small or intermittent flow. Drain the refrigerant
from the high pressure needle valve (2 in
refrigerant when the refrigerant meets requirements and there is no need to
fill in refrigerant.
Restore the preset temperature after the test.
Set the disabled alarms to "Enable".
Expected Result
The controller exits the diagnostic mode.
