STEP 1: ASYD - Assign the protocol type of ISDN Terminal.
STEP 2: ANPD - Reserve a number level for a station number.
STEP 3: ASPA - Assign Access Code for a station.
STEP 4: ASDT - Assign a station number to B1 and B2 channel.

2. ISDN TERMINAL (NATIONAL ISDN1)
