1. Should the system have Message Waiting capability?

1. In 2102-01: Class of Service (page 724), check the extension's Class of Service level.
2. If yes, in 1403-03: Special Dial Tone for Single Line Set (page 635) enter
If no, in 1403-03: Special Dial Tone for Single Line Set (page 635) enter

3. Should a single line set have high voltage Message Waiting (DSX-80/160 only)?
1. In 2102-01: Class of Service (page 724), check the extension's Class of Service level.
2. If yes, in 1403-04: High Voltage Message Waiting Lamp for Single Line Set (page 636) enter
- If both high voltage and FSK Message Waiting are enabled, the system uses FSK.
3. If no, in 1403-04: High Voltage Message Waiting Lamp for Single Line Set (page 636) enter
4. Should a single line set have FSK Message Waiting?
1. In 2102-01: Class of Service (page 724), check the extension's Class of Service level.
If yes, in 1403-05: FSK Message Waiting Lamp for Single Line Set (page 636) enter
