1. Should extension be able to enable Selectable Display Messaging?
In 2102-01: Class of Service (page 724), check the extension's Class of Service level.

2. If yes, in 1406-02: Internal Call Forwarding (page 643) enter
3. If no, in 1406-02: Internal Call Forwarding (page 643) enter
- Disabling this option will disable all internal Call Forwarding for the extension.
2. To change the default Selectable Display Messages or create new ones:
1. In 2501-[01-16]: Selectable Display Messages (page 806), customize the Selectable Display Messages.
