+MGGIND, GSM/GPRS Service Indicator

This command configures the service indicator line of pin 49 of the 70 pin connector to be GPRS
or GSM registration indicator.
The IO line (pin 49) function according to the current registration state (in service or not) of the
specific service indicator configuration.
