Enter a number in one-byte character in
Port.
Port should be between 1 and 65535.
Enter an English one-byte character in
Proxy Server Address.
Enter an English one-byte character in
Proxy User Name.
Enter an English one-byte character in
Proxy Password.
The port is already set in the proxy server
settings. You cannot set the same port
number again in the Server Address.
Check the port number and try again.
IPv6 connections to proxy servers are not
supported. Enter an IPv4 address or a
URL that has been registered to an IPv4
domain name service.

If total page is set as [1], [Auto Scan]
cannot be specified.
All frames cannot be selected.
The aspect ratio is incorrect.

Because the display capability was
exceeded, the H.264/MPEG-4 monitoring
image is changed into the standard image
JPEG.
Cause and Remedy
•
When characters other than English one-byte characters are
entered in the port.
→
Enter a number in one-byte character in Port.
•
A number not between 1 and 65535 was entered in the Port
field.
→
Set the port number between 1 and 65535.
•
When the Proxy server address consists of inadmissible
characters.
→
Enter an English one-byte character in Proxy Server
Address.
•
When the Proxy user name consists of inadmissible
characters.
→
Enter an English one-byte character in Proxy User
Name.
•
When the Proxy password consists of inadmissible
characters.
→
Enter an English one-byte character in Proxy Password.
•
When 2 ports are set up.
→
The same port number cannot be set multiple times in
the Server Address. Check the port number and try
again.
•
An IPv6 address has been entered for the server address.
→
Set an IPv4 address or URL that has been registered to
an IPv4 domain name service.
•
Auto scan is available when there are multiple pages.
→
Increase the total number of pages.
•
You cannot select all of the frames when enlarging an image
frame.
→
Select one frame.
•
When you enlarge an image frame, maintain the aspect
ration when selecting cells.
→
Maintain the aspect ratio when selecting cells.
•
You cannot select an already enlarged cell.
→
Do not select enlarged cells.
•
The monitoring display capability was exceeded.
→
Change the camera image settings to JPEG from
MPEG-4/H.264 or change the multi-monitoring page to
1´1 or 2´2.
