Note
The contents of the sent E-mail is comprised of: the camera name, detection type, and the time stamp.
Time stamps are displayed as [year/month/day hour:minute:second].
For example, 2010 January 1, 15:20:55 is shown as [2010/01/01 15:20:55].
Setting camera disconnection detection notifications
The camera connection status can be sent to specified E-mail addresses (® Page 19) when the camera and
PC become disconnected due to network problems, the camera connection status changes (connection to
disconnection, disconnection to connection), or at predetermined set intervals. See 1.5.3 Setting E-mail
notification before configuring the E-mail settings.
Specify the time before shock is detected or after shock is detected.
To limit unnecessary continuous detection, select the [Restraint Time] check
box, and set the deactivation time between detections.
Designate the command to be executed when a shock is detected.
Details of each command are set on the [Control when event is detected]
page. (® Page 45)
Start output from external output of the camera
When a detection is made, commands ([Open]/[Short]) are executed to
the external devices connected to the camera.
Execute optional commands
When a detection is made, optional commands are executed.
Pop-up the camera image
When a detection is made, a pop-up camera image of the detected
image is displayed. (® Page 35)
Forward
When a detection is made, a message is sent to the specified destination
address. (® Page 19)
Subject: Enter the notification message subject (44 characters or
less). ["] cannot be entered.
Image: When [Attach] is selected, detected camera images (JPEG)
are sent as E-mail attachments.
