Set up menu
nWhen Banks 1 to 4 menu is recalled, the current menu will be overwritten.
Be sure to write down the current menu settings first, before recalling Banks 1 to 4. Then write
down the Banks' settings.

Each item of B00 series is set to OFF in the normal state. Set to ON only when executing each item.
After execution, each item returns to OFF automatically.
