3. S brake assembly installation
(1) Install the brake solenoid to the brake arm
assembly so that the clearance (3.0 ± 0.1 mm)
exists between the tip of the plunger and
brake arm assembly when pressing the
plunger in the direction of the arrow by
finger.
[Tightening torque: 20 x 10
{2.0 kgf.cm}]
(2) Install the S brake assembly in the mechani-
cal deck with two screws.
[Tightening torque: 20 x 10
{2.0 kgf.cm}]
4. Operation check
Check that the brake shoe is released from the S
reel table when the plunger of the brake solenoid
is pushed in the energized direction.
