Kinds of STEP assignment

* When a CUE is assigned to a step, the CH assigned to that step is cleared.
* When a CH is assigned to a step with a CUE already assigned, that CUE is cleared.
* Only the levels of the CHs assigned to each step are played back.
The levels of unassigned CHs become 0.
* When a CUE is assigned to a step, the contents of that CUE are copied.
Even if the original cue is changed, the assigned contents remain unchanged.
