Assigning effects to submasters
Operating procedure
(1)
Select a PATTERN number to be assigned.

1) Select the PATTERN number to be assigned on the EFFECT panel.

Notes
• Freezing takes place if an effect is assigned to a submaster to which a channel or cue has already
been assigned.
• If an effect is assigned while a pattern is being played back on the EFFECT PANEL, playback of that
pattern stops automatically.

Assigning cues to submasters
Operating procedure
(1)
Select a cue number to be assigned.
1) Press the CUE button on the SETTING panel and then use the numerical
keys to input a cue number.
The number input is displayed on the command line of the SETTING screen.

Notes
• Freezing takes place if a cue is assigned to a submaster to which a channel, effect, or cue has
already been assigned. Freezing does not take place if the same cue is assigned.
• Cue assignment is performed by copying the contents of the cue to the submaster. Even if the
original cue is changed, the cue copied to the submaster is not changed.
