Inserting a step
4.1) Inserting a step from the EFFECT PANEL
Operating procedure
(1) Select a PATTERN number.
Press the PATT button.

The PATT button lights up.
2) Press the
(2) Select a STEP number.
Press the STEP button.

The PATT button goes out and the STEP button lights up.

Press the
(3) Inserting an empty step.
Press the INS button.
1)
The INS button lights up.
2) Press the REC button.
When the REC button is pressed, the INS button goes out and an empty step
is inserted.
To stop the step insert operation, press the EDIT button.
In this case, edit mode is not entered.
Pressing the INS button again while it is lit makes the INS button go out and
cancels the insertion request.

• No steps can be inserted into patterns that were recorded until the last step.
