Putting EFFECTs under Master Control
1)
Overview
• The master EFFECT can be associated with a slave EFFECT to allow the master EFFECT to control
the slave EFFECT.
• One master can be associated to multiple slaves.
• The master EFFECT is controlled by a CUE or submaster.
The slave EFFECTs are controlled by the master EFFECT, so they are not controlled directly by a
CUE or submaster.
In the case of CUEs, the master EFFECT is affected by the fade time and the slave EFFECTs are
not affected directly.
• EFFECTs within a master-slave association do not output lights unless both the master and the
slaves are played back.
To play back each EFFECT individually, cancel the master-slave setting.
