Notebook PC Setup Procedure
(8) Disabling User Account Control
Open [Action Center] in Control Panel, click [User Account Control Setting] on the left of the window,
slide the slider bar to [Never notify], and click [OK].
Click [Yes] when the confirmation window appears.
(9) Installing the SETUP program
Step 1)
Insert "LICSTAR-IV SE NOTE PC SOFTWARE" in the CD-Drive. Go to Windows Explorer
and start "setup.exe" located in the folder with the name of the studio to be used.
Step 2)
Install the software following the installer's instructions.
(10) Check
Step 1)
Turn off the notebook PC and on again, and check that the shortcut icon for SETUP is
created on the desktop.
Step 2)
Connect the PC to the wired LAN of the lighting control console and start the desktop
SETUP. The SETUP screen is then displayed.
* The "STARTING UP" display switching to another screen is normal.
