3. Remove the air shroud.
4. Remove the fan cage.
5. If installed, remove the expansion card
6. If applicable, lift the PEM by using the PEM handle until the PEM is in an upright position.
7. Release the backplane and fan power cables from the cable clips on the fan tray and disconnect the power cables from the
connectors on the system board.
Steps
1. Press the blue release tabs on the side of the fan tray to unlock the tray.
2. Holding the fan tray lift the tray out of the system.
