Removing the expansion card riser
Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in
Safety instructions
on page 29.
2. Follow the procedure listed in

3. Disconnect any cables connected to the expansion card.
Steps
1. Lift the release lever until the connector on the riser disconnects from the connector on the processor expansion module
(PEM).
2. Lift the riser away from the system.
