Suspending Job If Multiple Sheet Feed Is

When multiple sheets of paper are fed at the same time from the

paper source, paper jams may occur. This mode enables you to set

whether to suspend a print job when multiple sheet feed is detected.

The machine may not resume a job automatically since paper may remain

in the main unit, depending on the paper size or the operation mode.

➞ [Common Settings] ➞ [Suspend Job if Multiple

Sheet Feed is Detected].

Select [On] or [Off] ➞ press [OK].

Details of each item are shown below.

[On]: If the multiple sheet feed is detected, the machine stops a job and

displays a message. Check the paper and output result, and resume

printing according to the message.

[Off]: If the multiple sheet feed is detected, the machine outputs the

unnecessary paper to the escape tray and resumes a job

automatically.

This mode enables you to set the Hold screen that is displayed after

turning ON the machine and auto clear.

➞ [Common Settings] ➞ [Default Screen for Hold].
