Program Name
System Options for Incoming Calls - DID Ring-No-Answer
Time
Use this program to assign the amount of time that a call will
ring the DID Transfer Target before overflowing to Transfer
Destination Number 1.
DID Incoming Ring Group No Answer Time
Use this program to assign the amount of time that a call will
ring the Transfer Destination Number 1 before overflowing to
Transfer Destination Number 2.
This timer also controls the amount of time that a call will ring
the Transfer Destination Number 2 before overflowing to the
DID Intercept Ring Group.
Incoming Call Trunk Setup - Incoming Type
ISDN PRI or SIP trunks at any location can send a DID directly
to any extension number in the SL Net network.
Trunks must be set to type (3) DID to follow the digit conver-
sion tables.
Received Number
Enter the digits received from the Telco that are going to be
translated.
The amount of digits entered should be equal to the setting as-
signed in PRG 22-09-01.
Target Number
Enter the destination number where the DID is sent.
The destination can be any valid extension number in the SL
Net network.
Transfer Operation Mode
The transfer operation mode allows DID calls to have more
routing options than just the target number. If the transfer oper-
ation mode is set to "No Transfer", calls will only be delivered
to the Target Number specified in PRG 22-11-02. If set to one
of the three other modes, it will follow that mode through all as-
signed transfer destinations.
DID Translation Table Number Conversion - Transfer Des-
tination Number 1
SL Net allows calls to overflow to a Centralized Voice Mail
from any location using a setting data of 103. When 103 is as-
signed, calls will overflow to the pilot number defined in PRG
45-01-07.
If the transfer operation mode is set (PRG 22-11-04), and one
of the conditions is met, calls will overflow from the target num-
ber to the destination in this program. If this was a No Answer
condition, calls would overflow to this program after the timer
in PRG 22-01-06 expires.
