Description
SL1100 provides Built-in Automated Attendant feature. This feature uses a PZ-VM21 mounted on the
CPU unit, but does not use a CF card. Voice prompts or messages are stored in a flash memory on
the CPU unit.
Conditions
• This feature uses a PZ-VM21 mounted on the CPU and supports a 2-port Built-in Automated
Attendant feature. Voice Mail features are not supported. To use the Voice Mail feature, VM CF
must be installed on the PZ-VM21.
• For fixed messages, 1 language is available in SL1100. Default language is "US English".
• Call Routing Mailbox (maximum of 8) can be used for Built-in Automated Attendant.
• Automated Attendant (Operator Assistance) feature is not supported.
• Up to two ACD Delay Announcements are supported. (V1.5 or higher)
• ACD queue depth announcements are not supported when using Embedded VRS for ACD delay
Announcement. If enabled, the first ACD Delay Announcement repeats continuously. (V1.5 or
higher)
