Jump instructions (GOTO, GOTOF, GOTOB)

Function
Jump instructions (GOTO, GOTOF, GOTOB) are possible in technology cycles. The
specified labels must be present in the subprograms to prevent alarms from being triggered.
Note
Labels and block numbers may only be constants.
