21 File setting
The warning E630 is output, if TRIGGER IN turns off before the minimum number of
scans is reached.
"Maximum number of scans":
This parameter becomes available if you select "Limit number of scans".
The warning E631 is output and the lasing process stops, if the TRIGGER IN remains on
even after the maximum number of scans is reached.

Configure imagechecker settings

When linking the laser marking system with an imagechecker, you can specify parameters
for marking position correction or checking the marking result.
The following functions are not available if you use the link function with imagecheckers:
On-the-fly-marking
"Trigger mode" > "Continuous trigger"
For details about connecting image processing devices, refer to the "Setup and Maintenance
Guide" of your laser marking system.
Go to the "Marking settings" screen and select "File settings".
Specify any of the following parameters:
"Image checking before marking" / "Image checking after marking":
To use the link function with imagecheckers and display the settings, select "ON". Select
"OFF" to disable the function.
"Model":
Select the used imagechecker model.
"Image checking before marking": PV230/PV200 can be used for marking position
correction (fixed).
"Image checking after marking": PV230/PV200, DataMan or LP-ABR can be used for
checking the marking result.
"Type No. set on PV":
Specify this parameter if PV230/PV200 is set for "Model".
Enter the same type number (0–255) as specified on PV230/PV200.
"Response timeout [s]":
Set the time until the response is returned from the imagechecker.
