27 Troubleshooting
Cause:
The "LP-400/V compatibility" setting is wrong.
Remedy:
To use the command format of the LP-400/V series, select the
command mode "LP-400/V compatibility" in the "System settings" of
Laser Marker NAVI smart.
To use the standard command format, disable "LP-400/V
compatibility" or switch the command mode with the Command mode
(RSM) command.
For EtherNet/IP or PROFINET connections, disable "LP-400/V
compatibility". This mode is not supported for EtherNet/IP and
PROFINET connections.
Marking ready output does not turn on
Cause:
An error occurred.
Remedy:
Check the error code and cancel the alarm or warning.
Cause:
The marking trigger signal is being processed.
Remedy:
Do not input the marking trigger signal until READY OUT (Y5) is ON.
When multiple trigger mode is selected for on-the-fly marking , a
maximum of 16 trigger signals can be transmitted during trigger
processing.
Cause:
Laser pumping is turned off.
Remedy:
Turn on laser pumping. If laser pumping is not possible, refer to
pumping
