27 Troubleshooting
E240–E243
Cause:
Communication between the laser head and the controller is not
possible due to a system error.
The signal cable or unit power cable is not connected correctly.
Remedy:
Check the connection of cables and signal lines, and restart the laser
marking system.
Replace the cable.
E245–E248
Cause:
A system error occurred.
Remedy:
Check the connection of cables and signal lines, and restart the laser
marking system.
E250–E252,
Cause:
E260–E261
An error occurred in the laser oscillator.
A power supply voltage error was detected in the laser oscillator.
The signal cable or unit power cable is not connected correctly.
Remedy:
Check the power supply.
Check if the AC power line is affected by noise.
Check the connection of cables and signal lines, and restart the laser
marking system.
LP-RC: Make sure the operating temperature of the laser marking
system does not exceed the permissible range.
E262
Cause:
The laser oscillator stopped because the permissible temperature was
exceeded
Remedy:
Make sure the operating temperature of the laser marking system
does not exceed the permissible range.
Make sure the fan operates properly.
Clean the air intake and exhaust port, the air filter and fan located at
the air cooling area of the laser marking system.
If the problem persists, contact our sales offices or representatives.
Applies to LP-RF, LP-RV only.
