Position correction fails
Cause:
The imagechecker coordinates differ from the marking position of the
laser marking system.
Remedy:
Set the calibration of the imagechecker and align the coordinate origin
of the imagechecker with the marking field's center point of the laser
marking system.
Cause:
Imagechecker settings are inadequate.
Remedy:
Check the following PV230/PV200 settings:
Ethernet setting: "General Com." (general communication) is set for
"Protocol"
Calibration
Settings for position correction
Expression of the numerical calculation
Cause:
The setting order in the expression table of PV230/ PV200 is inadequate.
Remedy:
Make appropriate adjustments to the setting order in the expression
table of PV230/ PV200. The numerical calculation results should be
output to the laser marking system in the following order: X, Y, and theta.
Code or character reading results are NG
Cause:
The inspection conditions of the imagechecker are incorrect.
Remedy:
Set appropriate inspection conditions according to the marked code type
or character settings.
Cause:
Other codes or characters than the marked bar code, 2D code or
characters are read.
Remedy:
Do not capture codes or characters other than marked codes or
characters in the field of view of the imagechecker.
