27 Troubleshooting
Cause:
LP-GS: The fuse is blown.
Remedy:
Replace the fuse. For details, refer to the "Setup and Maintenance
Guide".
Cause:
LP-RC, LP-RF, LP-RV: The circuit protector is off.
Remedy:
Turn on the circuit protector. For details, refer to the "Setup and
Maintenance Guide".

Laser pumping

If laser pumping does not start, check the terminal connections, the state of the "Stop laser"
button, or the control method.
Laser pumping does not start
Cause:
One of the following connections between terminals is open.
INTERLOCK 1(+) (X16) and INTERLOCK 1(-) (X17)
INTERLOCK 2(+) (X18) and INTERLOCK 2(-) (X19)
LP-GS: LASER STOP 2 IN (X11) and OUT COM. 1
LP-RC, LP-RF, LP-RV: REMOTE INTERLOCK IN (X20) and OUT
COM. 1
Remedy:
Check the connection of all terminals on the TERMINAL connector.
If the safeguard connected to the laser stop or interlock input was
opened or actuated, restore the original status.
Cause:
The "Stop laser" button in Laser Marker NAVI smart was selected.
Remedy:
Solve the safety problem. Then select "Reset" in the error dialog in Laser
Marker NAVI smart to finish the laser stop status.
