Fault: PWR – Fan failure detected.
Description: The supervision of the FAN_FAIL.H signal from the power supply unit is
high when running on mains.
What to do: Check / replace Battery drawer fan or AC/DC Converter fan.
Fault: Power-off message without Power switch Off.
Description: A Power-off message is received without ALA detects that the Power
switch is in OFF position.
What to do:
1.
Restart the KION workstation
2.
Check / replace Power switch.
Fault: Power switch Off without Power-off message.
Description: The switch is in OFF position but no Power-off message is received
within 2 seconds from CON (PC 1730). Technical alarm is generated.
What to do:
1.
Check / replace Power switch
2.
Replace PC 1730 Control
3.
Replace PC 1672 Control Panel.
Fault: Power switch set to On without PuC/Calibration ended.
Description: The PuC/Calibration is not finished or interrupted correctly within 3
seconds when switching from Standby to On in PuC/Calibration mode. Technical
alarm is generated.
What to do: Restart the KION workstation and redo a complete Calibration and PuC.
Fault: A/D converter hardware failure.
Description: Failed to read from A/D converter.
What to do: Replace PC 1672 Control Panel.
Fault: A/D converter hardware failure.
Description: Failed to start the A/D converter.
What to do: Replace PC 1672 Control Panel .
Fault: Checksum error in ALA-PROM.
Description: ALA system configuration data ALA-PROM CRC error during startup
hardware test.
What to do:
1.
Replace the ALA-PROM
2.
Replace PC 1672 Control Panel.
Fault: Power consumption from external equipment connected to the KION
workstation is too high.
Description: The discharge current is more than 140 mA when running on mains
power.
What to do: Disconnect external equipment to reduce the power consumption.
