Install the new disk drive.
9-1 Press the catch on the disk drive lock lever to unlock it.

9-2 Insert the disk drive all the way into in the slot, making sure that it is firmly seated and
keeping the lock lever open.
IMPORTANT
9-3 Swing the lock lever in the direction of the arrow, until the lock clicks shut.
IMPORTANT
The newly installed disk drive's STATUS LED should light up green after approximately 30 sec-
onds.

• Hold the disk drive with both hands to protect against jar-
ring.
• Insert the disk drive until the lock lever hooks reach the
slot protrusions.
Make sure that the lock lever hooks have engaged the slot
protrusions.
