<value>: 0–255, it‟s for internal use, you can set any value between 0–255, or without
value followed.
<module info>: it is the ID information about the MS, including:
Manufacturer (+GMI)
Product model (+GMM)
Software version (+GMR)
ESN/IMEI (+GSN)
