To cancel DO NOT DISTURB from Special Administration Station:

description.
Note:
For the Console and Front Desk Terminal only:
If an error is made in the course of key operations, press the CLEAR key and continue from Step 2 (station dialing).
When setting or cancelling DO NOT DISTURB for two or more stations at the same time, follow the above operating
procedure for the first station. Perform Steps 2 and 3 for the remaining stations, then Step 4 to exit from the service
mode.
DIRECT SERVICE SET/RESET [D-25] is also available for this feature.
Service Conditions
1.
Setting and cancelling of DO NOT DISTURB is performed by key operations at the Console, PMS
terminal, guest station, Special Administration Station, or Front Desk Terminal.
2.
An incoming call to a station in DO NOT DISTURB mode is routed to a reorder tone connection, a "Do
Not Disturb" announcement, or the Console, depending on the system data.
3.
After the guest has checked out (CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT [C-23]), DO NOT DISTURB information is
automatically erased.
4.
A station in DO NOT DISTURB mode will be rung for AUTOMATIC WAKE-UP [A-10] service or for
ALERT SERVICE [A-57].
5.
If a call to a station in DO NOT DISTURB mode is routed to the Console, the Attendant may be able to
connect both stations for temporary service cancellation by pressing the DND OVER key. This aspect of
the DO NOT DISTURB feature is programmable into system data.
