are possible (7309 = 730 - 739).
4. Rate Table 5 contains all office codes. As office codes are added to any Rate Table 1 - 4, they
are automatically deleted from Rate Table 5. If an office code is deleted from any Rate Table 1
- 4, it is automatically returned to Rate Table 5.
