6.2 Routine Maintenance

Smart Cooling Product Running




When the ambient temperature is lower than 3° C, drain the water in the water spraying system.
To drain the water in the water spraying system, open the water discharge valve in the water
spraying system pipe, and close the water discharge valve 30 minutes later.
Smart Cooling Product Maintenance
The installation and maintenance of the smart cooling product must be periodically performed
by trained personnel to ensure personal safety. Take insulation measures for tools and human
bodies before operating the smart cooling product. When operating a fan, do not insert your
fingers or tools into the operating fan until the fan stops running. Before entering the device,
ensure that electrical devices are physically isolated from the general power supply.







Softened water is used for circulation in the water tank in summer. The water quality
meets the requirements.
The circulation water system is full of water in summer. When the equipment is not used
in winter, drain the water from the water pan and pipes to avoid freezing.
Adjust the system before operating the fan. For example, if the smart cooling product is
not connected to loads, block some air vents (approximately 3/4) and control the motor
current below the rated current to prevent damaging the motor.
When a fan of the smart cooling product is faulty, shut down the fan immediately for
repair. If the fan cannot be repaired within two hours, use a baffle plate to block the air
vent after removing the fan, to prevent backflow.
After installing the smart cooling product, if the construction decoration company is still
in the process of construction, take protective measures to prevent sundries and dust
from falling into the smart cooling product.
It is recommended that the following maintenance items be performed every three to six
months. The actual maintenance period depends on the loads and surrounding
conditions.
− Check whether the bolts of bearings are tightly fastened.
− Check the sealing strip of the maintenance door and the flexible connector of the air
duct. If there is any air leakage, replace them in time.
It is recommended that the following maintenance items be performed once a year.
− Check electrical cable connections.
− Check whether the shell of the smart cooling product is damaged or corroded. If yes,
clean the shell and take anti-corrosion measures.
Check whether the gap between the impeller and the flow deflecting ring of the EC
motor is even, to prevent the impeller from colliding with the flow deflecting ring.
After the smart cooling product stops working in cold areas or winter, close the air
exhaust and air supply valves, and drain water from the circulation water system.
Periodically (twice a month is recommended) check the dust on the air filter. If a
differential pressure detection device is installed, clean or replace the filter in time when
