3.11 Precharging Refrigerant

Prerequisites
Before charging refrigerant, ensure that air is exhausted from the gas pipe connecting to the
refrigerant cylinder.

Procedure
Step 1 Remove the vacuum pump from the vacuumizing equipment, and replace the vacuum pump
with a refrigerant cylinder, as shown in

(1) Refrigerant cylinder

The NetCol8000 is a dual system, and charging refrigerant should be carried out one by
one or simultaneously. The following figure uses one system as an example.
Charge 8 kg refrigerant R410A for each system.
When charging refrigerant, you are advised to use a safety valve to prevent refrigerant
leakage during the removal of the leather hose, which may cause frostbite.
Wear antifreeze gloves when performing refrigerant-related operations.
Charge refrigerant (R410A) right after checking that the cooling system does not leak and
the vacuum level meets the requirements.
