Smart Cooling Product Frame



Common Faults
If an exception occurs during the running of the smart cooling product, locate the fault
immediately. You can continue to use the smart cooling product only after you rectify the fault.
Do not blindly continue to use the smart cooling product to prevent unpredictable losses.
Before performing any operation on the smart cooling product, disconnect the power supply.

Exercise caution when removing a dusty air filter from a metal frame to avoid polluting
the smart cooling product and damaging the filtering materials.
Replace the air filter.
Perform routine check on all electrical components and safety devices.
Periodically check valves that control the flow of media.
Check whether the grounding devices of the electric devices are complete and functional.
Check the performance of safety protection devices such as air circuit breakers and AC
contactors to ensure their safety and reliability.
Check the built-in lighting detection device. If it is damaged, replace it in a timely
manner.
Apply lubricants to all locking fixtures for lubrication.
Repair the damaged parts to avoid corrosion.
Check the tightness and connection.
Possible Cause
The connection nut is loose due to
long-distance transportation.
The smart cooling product is
deformed after being improperly
transported or installed.
Excessively large air volume
causes the water to move out.
The base is not properly installed.
The drainpipe does not have a
water trap or does not meet the
requirements.
The fan bearing is worn out.

Solution
Tighten the nut.
Adjust the installation position
of the smart cooling product.
Adjust the air volume and add
a water pan.
Level the base.
Install or adjust the water trap.
Repair or replace the bearing.
